The Menu
Inspired by the collection
At Menu Gallery, every plate begins in the archive. Each dish reinterprets a single item from a vintage menu — a grand hotel dining room, a celebrated supper club, a night worth remembering — and carries the house that first served it, the year, and the price printed on the original card. This sample menu is a work in progress; selections and pricing will continue to evolve.
